Privacy policy
How PrintFarmLink, run by Vigrahashala Private Limited, handles your personal data.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign in to use our tools.
- Your points and payments: how many points you bought or used, and the payment reference from our payment provider.
- How you use the site and tools: pages you visit and for how long, tools you open, buttons you press, tool settings you change, and the name and size of files you load into a tool, with the time, your screen size, language, time zone and the page you came from.
- Crash reports: when something breaks in the site or a tool, the error message, where in our code it happened and your browser type, so we can fix it. If you are signed in, this is linked to your email.
We do not see or store your card or bank details. Your 3D model files are processed in your own browser and are not uploaded to us.
Why we use it
- To let you sign in, keep your points balance and use the tools.
- To answer your questions and help when something goes wrong.
- To keep records of tool use, understand what people need, fix problems and prevent misuse.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores sign-in accounts, points and activity records.
- Razorpay handles payments when you buy points.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- WhatsApp or our email provider carries messages you send us.
Your browser also keeps your sign-in and a random visitor number on your own device. The contents of your model files are never uploaded or recorded.
The same account also works on our sister studio’s site, www.vigrahashala.com, which is run by the same company.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you use it, and payment records for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to vigrahashala@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
